Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Description

The Manager, Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. This position is responsible for leading end-to-end recruiting processes, including workforce planning, sourcing strategies, interview management, and selection for both field and corporate roles. The manager oversees recruiting operations, implements best practices, and maintains recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting to support business growth.

• Partnership with hiring managers
• Management of external recruiting partners
• Optimization of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Ensuring a consistent, inclusive candidate experience
• Supporting employer branding initiatives
• Driving process improvements
• Contributing to training and development for the recruiting team

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, and full-cycle recruitment across multiple role types and levels
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and recruitment-related tools and analytics
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship-building with hiring managers and leadership
• Ability to design and implement scalable recruiting processes, metrics, and standard operating procedures
• Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies, including proactive pipelines and employer branding efforts
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
• Background in high-growth, multi-location or service-oriented organizations is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
