Talent Acquisition Manager
What You Will Do
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, providing expertise on workforce planning, hiring strategies, talent market trends, and organizational growth initiatives.
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for leadership, executive, and other critical roles, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring experience.
Design, manage, and continuously enhance the employee onboarding experience to support successful integration and long-term retention.
Drive employer branding initiatives by delivering an exceptional candidate experience and cultivating strong relationships with universities, industry organizations, and external talent networks.
- Drive university recruiting efforts, including career fairs, internship programs, and early-career talent development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill positions through innovative sourcing strategies and strategic talent engagement.
- Manage contractor recruitment and vendor partnerships, ensuring effective hiring, selection, and onboarding processes for contingent workforce needs.
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, workforce plans, and growth objectives.
Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, search firms, and talent sourcing partners to maximize recruiting effectiveness and talent access.
- Manage recruitment budgets, vendor contracts, and talent acquisition technologies to ensure operational efficiency and return on investment.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company hiring policies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruiting processes, improve quality of hire, reduce time-to-fill, and elevate the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.
Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting technologies, leveraging data and analytics to measure performance and guide decision-making.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, professional associations, and industry networks to strengthen long-term talent pipelines and organizational visibility.
What You Will Bring to the Role
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources or related field
- Related Industry Experience Requirements: 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- Budget management experience a plus
- Required Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge and use of Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- High skilled with LinkedIn recruiter or similar sourcing platforms
- Additional Requirements: Prior management/leadership experience preferred
