The Role

The Manager, Talent Acquisition at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa is responsible for leading the recruiting strategy and delivery for the property and assigned client groups. This role partners with senior leaders to attract top talent across operations, leadership, and corporate functions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation of a result-oriented comprehensive talent acquisition plan consistent with the strategic vision of MGM Resorts International Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to support all levels of the MGM Resorts International organization.
  • Manage full cycle recruitment for Director level roles within assigned client groups.
  • Coach and mentor team of TA Partners and Employment Specialists to ensure SLAs and SOPs are met delivering best-in-class recruitment service.
  • Build trust with business leadership to be recognized as a strategic business partner and gain insights on operations with clear understanding of the needs and priorities of the properties and/or corporate departments.
  • Lead operational processes within Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless flow, quality customer service, legal compliance, and staff adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives; engage in self-directed work, create and maintain timetables for projects, manage deadlines and resources, and work with a wide degree of creativity and latitude with minimal supervision.
  • Deliver on an exceptional hiring leader and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 5+ Years of Prior Recruitment/Staffing experience involving candidate selection and client management required
  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience executing multi-classification hiring events preferred
  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience attending community/University hiring events and tabling's preferred

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience in managing a team of recruiters and staffing specialists
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Pay and Schedule

The pay range for this role is: $78,800.00 - $105,000.00. This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
