Talent Acquisition Manager
The Talent Acquisition Manager at BioIVT is responsible for talent sourcing and attraction, as well as broader people initiatives across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
Full-cycle recruiting for roles in North America and Europe, including sourcing, screening, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Partnering with hiring managers and HR to align on role requirements, talent priorities, and hiring progress.
Building targeted talent pipelines and using direct sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across key functions.
Leading employer branding efforts across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other channels to strengthen BioIVT's visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
Creating and managing engaging content, including job posts, employee spotlights, culture stories, hiring campaigns, and company updates that support the employee value proposition.
Monitoring social media activity, employer review sites, and engagement trends, and recommending improvements to strengthen talent attraction and brand presence.
Developing hiring manager resources, toolkits, and practical training to strengthen interviewing skills, structured selection practices, and inclusive hiring decisions.
Coaching managers on effective interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and consistent hiring practices to improve selection quality and reduce bias.
Partnering with schools, universities, and community organizations to expand awareness of BioIVT and support early career and emerging talent initiatives.
Tracking recruiting, branding, and engagement metrics to inform strategy and provide insights to HR and business leadership.
Supporting onboarding, employee engagement activities, internal communications, and culture initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications include:
- A bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources.
- 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably in life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, laboratory, or other related technical environments.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers and HR teams to manage multiple requisitions and deliver strong talent outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and engaging passive candidates through a variety of recruiting channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence, build relationships, and represent the organization professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, reporting, and recruitment metrics.
- Exposure to employer branding, university recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, or related talent programs.
