Primary Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships and partner with hiring managers to anticipate and fulfill appropriate staffing needs.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state and other relevant jurisdiction laws and regulations, as well as ensuring company policies are followed.
- Provide oversight, company-wide, of all temporary agency contracts and relationships; work to use national leverage for better quality candidates and competitive pricing for company.
- Track Talent and Recruitment Analytics and provide regular reports.
- Develop branding programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates, including oversight of the company career website and recruitment-related social media.
- Manage and track candidate activity in the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS; currently ADP), from hiring requisition inception through onboarding.
- Follow up regularly with hiring managers, as well as active candidates, to ensure all parties have current relevant information on the recruitment process status throughout its duration.
- Communicate regularly with HR Director and appropriate Atlas parties regarding recruitment status, needs, successes, and failures.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals, including relationships with technical training schools and universities.
- Work with HR Team members, Plant Managers, and Directors in creation of internship program(s) within the company, as needed.
- Ensure complete, correct and compliant information is communicated in all Offer Letters submitted to candidates.
- Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy and relevant labor laws.
Talent Acquisition Partner Experience
- Minimum five years of recruitment experience.
Talent Acquisition Partner Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken; bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Report writing and presentation skills, including charts and graphs
- Calculate basic math, including percentages and simple formulas
- Sound basic computer skills; Excel, Word, Outlook; ability to learn additional software
- Flexibility, multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work well independently, as well as a part of multiple teams
Talent Acquisition Partner Education, Licenses & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
