Talent Acquisition Manager - $35-$38/hr - Mt Vernon, VA
About The Job
Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop recruiting strategies and support workforce planning
Recruit for a wide range of corporate, operational, hospitality, retail, and administrative positions
Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruiting metrics
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support talent acquisition initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting best practices
About You
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting both professional and frontline operational roles
- Strong sourcing, high-volume recruiting, and talent pipeline development experience
- ATS experience required; Paycom and/or Paycor preferred
- Knowledge of recruiting compliance, employment laws, and hiring best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
About The Position
Start Date: ASAP!
Permanent Salary: $75K-$85K
100% onsite in Mount Vernon, VA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
