About the Team

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) Talent Acquisition team partners with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent that drives TikTok's continued growth. As a strategic talent partner, we deliver end-to-end recruiting solutions across diverse business functions by leveraging market insights, data, and innovative sourcing strategies to provide an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while working alongside experienced recruiters and business leaders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking platforms.
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and market insights to support hiring decisions.
• Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
• Support additional recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3–6 months.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting Operations, Consulting, or a technology company.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data, dashboards, or reporting to support decision-making.
• Interest in recruiting, employer branding, and talent strategy within a global organization.

Pay

The hourly rate range for this position is $25–$25.

• Paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 if hired in the second half).
• Eligibility for housing allowance if not working 100% remote.
