Talent Acquisition Intern
About the role
Welltower is seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team while gaining hands-on exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to assist with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, recruiting events, candidate communications, and other Talent Acquisition projects. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple platforms (phone, video, and in-person), ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Support new-hire and onboarding coordination by facilitating communication and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with guidance from the Talent Acquisition team.
- Support recruiting events, career fairs, campus visits, and other early-career recruiting initiatives.
- Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing and research through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
- Assist with posting job openings to internal and external job boards and reviewing postings for accuracy.
- Support initial candidate review and screening activities to help identify candidates who align with role requirements.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional tasks as assigned to support the Talent Acquisition and broader Human Capital teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, recruiting, or a related area; prior internship, campus involvement, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a part-time work schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn, or other recruiting tools is a plus.
