Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the localized implementation of internal Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives.
  • Aid in organizing and executing internal recruiting events to enhance employee engagement and strengthen the company’s internal brand.
  • Curate and assist social media content operations for recruitment-related channels to showcase "Life at Tencent" and enhance brand presence globally.
  • Perform data analysis on content performance to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Audit current recruiting processes and produce Standard Operating Procedure documents to standardize and improve team efficiency.
  • Provide support for other people-related projects as needed to ensure smooth team operations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Minimum internship period of 3-6 months.
  • Strong interest in content creation and social media trends; experience in graphic design or video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership; ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-regional and cross-cultural teams.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate seamless collaboration between global stakeholders and our HQ teams in China.

Pay & Benefits

  • The expected base pay range for this position in the listed location is $20.77 to $38.08 per hour.
  • Actual pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • This position is eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
  • Full-time interns are also eligible to enroll in the Company-sponsored medical plan.
