A DAY IN THE LIFE Scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars across teams and time zones with easeManaging event logistics for campus career fairs—from registrations to swag distributionDrafting and scheduling social media content that drives engagement and builds ARCO’s employer brandTracking candidate and intern data to keep our systems accurate and up to datePartnering with universities and career centers to strengthen relationships and boost candidate pipelinesSourcing talent using LinkedIn and other creative channelsReviewing resumes to identify standout candidates and collaborating with recruitersCoordinating virtual and in-person interviews, including candidate communication and follow-upsMaintaining organized recruiting pipelines, reports, and shared resources for the team Necessary Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related fieldPassion for recruiting, campus engagement, and talent developmentImpeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detailConfident, professional communicator who can proactively manage tasksComfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with LinkedIn, Canva, or ATS platforms is a plusAbility to work on-site in the King of Prussia Office.
