We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Administrator to lead full-cycle hiring for our driver team — and to grow into a broader HR role right alongside us. What You'll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for our driver team — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding, start to finishGet hands-on with driver-specific recruiting platforms (think Tenstreet, DriverReach, CDLLife/CDLConnect) alongside Indeed and LinkedInPartner with our HR Manager and Director of Safety to make sure every hire clears FMCSA and DOT requirementsTake ownership of key HR functions — workers' comp tracking, SAP return-to-duty monitoring, and employee file maintenanceBe the friendly, reliable point of contact who keeps candidates informed and moving through the pipeline What We're Looking For 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience preferred — driver/trucking staffing background is a big plus, but not requiredComfortable owning a process independently; you don't need someone looking over your shoulderOrganized and detail-oriented enough to juggle a candidate pipeline and compliance tracking without dropping eitherA warm, clear communicator who makes candidates feel welcome and keeps HR and Safety in the loopCurious and willing to learn FMCSA, DOT, and compliance processes if that's new territory for you Why You'll Love It Here Full ownership of the recruiting function — you're the engine, not just a cogA real, supported path to grow beyond recruiting into a broader HR Administrator roleA collaborative HR and Safety team that has your backCompetitive pay and benefitsA steady, office-based schedule — standard business hours, no weekend chaos Ready to Join Us?
