Talent Acquisition & HR Admin

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for our driver team — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding, start to finish
• Partner with our HR Manager and Director of Safety to make sure every hire clears FMCSA and DOT requirements
• Take ownership of key HR functions — workers' comp tracking, SAP return-to-duty monitoring, and employee file maintenance
• Be the friendly, reliable point of contact who keeps candidates informed and moving through the pipeline

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience preferred — driver/trucking staffing background is a big plus, but not required
• Comfortable owning a process independently; you don't need someone looking over your shoulder
• Organized and detail-oriented enough to juggle a candidate pipeline and compliance tracking without dropping either
• A warm, clear communicator who makes candidates feel welcome and keeps HR and Safety in the loop
• Curious and willing to learn FMCSA, DOT, and compliance processes if that's new territory for you
