Key Responsibilities
- Cook up new hire onboarding, orientations, and employment documentation.
- Engage, retain, and check-in with new and existing employees.
- Build and maintain relationships with production associates.
- Partner with staffing agencies on workforce planning, performance, and retention.
- Support HR activities, employee records, attendance tracking, and compliance initiatives.
- Assist with employee relations and workplace communication.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, workforce management, or employee relations.
- Experience supporting hourly manufacturing, warehouse, or production employees preferred.
- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with onboarding, staffing partnerships, or employee engagement preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
