About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that we attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment campaigns
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Work with HRIS systems to manage candidate data and tracking metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other HRIS tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Passion for using technology to enhance the recruiting process
  • Understanding of legal and compliance issues related to recruiting and employment
  • Experience with AI tools and their integration into the recruiting process

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
