Pay
The estimated base salary range for this role is $45,000 to $55,000 per year. Individual pay is based on location, skills, expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. Salary may be adjusted based on geographic location.

About the role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key role on our Talent Acquisition Team, acting as an ambassador between Armstrong World Industries (AWI) and future employees. You will provide administrative support to the TA team, including coordinating schedules, supporting hiring activities, processing TA invoices, and maintaining the candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the TA team to schedule candidate interviews, travel arrangements, posting of requisitions, and job placement ads
- Coordinate pre- and post-employment checks, including drug screen paperwork, background checks, reference checks, and provide regular updates to all necessary parties
- Assist with metrics, reporting, and analytics for the talent acquisition function (e.g., time to fill, open requisitions, hiring trends, source of hire)
- Provide interview teams with appropriate documentation (interview guides, candidate resumes, job descriptions)
- Support recruiting efforts by researching events (career fairs, on-campus recruiting) and attending job fairs or other recruiting-related events hosted by the TA team
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including intake meetings, conducting phone screens, and sourcing resumes
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates while continuously improving the candidate experience

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle confidential documents and information with discretion
- Proven success managing high-volume scheduling and coordination while balancing multiple competing priorities and time-sensitive recruiting activities
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of related office experience; prior recruitment experience preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to utilize AI-driven recruiting platforms to enhance sourcing strategies, streamline administrative tasks, and improve the candidate experience
