Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Riverside Community Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their dynamic Talent Acquisition team. Located in Dedham, MA, this position offers a competitive salary of $25.50 hourly, a general schedule of Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m., with occasional evening coverage for job fairs/events.
About the role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative, logistical, and recruiting support to the TA team, hiring managers, and candidates. They will attend job fairs/events, participate in program visits, maintain the ATS database, post job vacancies, assist with resume and telephone screening, and support the Onboarding Specialist during internships.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the ATS database as needed
- Awareness of priority jobs
- Run resume searches
- Post all job vacancies on external platforms and publications
- Assist in resume and telephone screening candidates
- Field candidate follow-up communication
- Support the Onboarding Specialist for internship processes
- Lead sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume
- Organize and sign up for job fairs
- Maintain relationships with colleges/universities, MassHire Offices, Chamber of Commerce partnerships, advertisement sites, and community organizations
Requirements
- Intermediate level computer fluency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of HR software/systems preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort using the telephone
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and possess good follow up and follow through skills
- Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2 years of Administrative experience and 1 year of Talent Acquisition preferred

Skills
