Responsibilities
- Expertly coordinate complex virtual and in-person interview schedules across diverse time zones.
- Manage all end-to-end logistics for on-site visits, including candidate travel arrangements, lodging, meal coordination, and room bookings, ensuring a flawless experience.
- Serve as a critical partner to Talent Acquisition Business Partners, hiring managers, and candidates, providing timely, clear, and empathetic communication throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle.
- Create and maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data within recruiting systems.
- Partner effectively with legal, compliance, human resources operations, and strategy teams to ensure scheduling and onboarding practices are seamlessly aligned with broader organizational objectives.
- Utilize reporting dashboards and key metrics to inform decision-making, proactively recommend process improvements, and support change management initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition coordination role or a high-volume scheduling role within a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Outlook and sophisticated calendar management techniques.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
- Strong learning agility, demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities, analyze information to resolve challenges, and take calculated risks to improve workflows.
- High emotional intelligence with clear, cohesive written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to offer constructive feedback and voice concerns effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
