Job Title: Principal, Talent Acquisition Business Partner Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone) Pay Rate: $60-$64/hour W2 Duration: 5 months Job Description Lead full life cycle recruitment for commercial and pharmaceutical organizations, with emphasis on niche, senior-level, and Director+ positions. Develop and execute hiring strategies based on business requirements and external talent-market conditions. Drive direct sourcing strategies through niche talent channels, LinkedIn, social media, ATS databases, and other low-cost sourcing channels. Lead hiring planning meetings, conduct interviews, facilitate interview debriefs, and advise hiring managers on selection processes. Manage recruitment delivery from sourcing and assessment through offer and pre-onboarding, including background verification and pre-employment medical requirements. Maintain accurate recruitment data and compliance within Workday and deliver hiring dashboards/status reports to business stakeholders. Partner with P&O/HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and HR Centers of Excellence on recruitment initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable labor and employment regulations, TA policies, HR practices, and recruiting technology requirements. Represent the employer brand when engaging candidates, vendors, and external talent communities.
