Talent Acquisition Business Partner I

Pay Rate: $60 - $70 per hour

Location: Redwood City, CA - Remote Role

About the role

As a Contract TA Business Partner, you will be part of a fast-paced and progressive HR team for an innovative Biotechnology company. Our company is rapidly growing, and this role will be integral to the organization's ability to attract top talent. In this highly visible position, you will provide full-cycle recruiting services to hiring managers, including conducting strategic job launches, sourcing, screening, and developing and extending offers.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, full-cycle recruiting support to hiring leaders, including candidate market data insights, feedback, and hiring recommendations.
• Using LinkedIn Recruiter, identify and source passive candidates for a wide variety of skill sets.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders, HRBPs, and Total Rewards to develop job descriptions and showcase the position as well as the benefits of the organization.
• Provide offer management support, including offer development, extending offers, and negotiating and closing candidates for contract and full-time opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of in-house/corporate recruiting experience, including 5+ years of recruiting experience in the biotech pharmaceutical industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Greenhouse ATS is highly preferred.
