Profile
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within the agency space.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of best practices for promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
