About the role

The role of a Junior Sales Partner at Apex Energy Solutions involves working closely with a Senior Sales Partner to provide consultative window replacement services. The position is designed for individuals who are passionate about the industry and eager to grow quickly within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Discover customer needs and connect them with the Senior Sales Partner team for a full consultative window replacement experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction and success through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Participate in a three-week intensive training program called Agoge, focusing on improving interaction skills and staying motivated.
• Utilize proprietary technology such as LOUPE and other marketing materials to implement Flipside™, Apex Energy Solutions’ marketing program.
