This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting methods and strategies to attract top talent.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications for open positions.
- Post job openings on various job board platforms.
- Attend job fairs and local recruitment events to source candidates.
- Recruit and interview candidates, then make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Develop and utilize effective candidate screening methods and tools.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
