About the role
The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for planning and executing recruiting activities for manufacturing professionals at Mondelēz International's Portland, Oregon bakery.
Responsibilities
- Identify qualified candidates and manage the process from position opening through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Develop and execute progressive integrated recruitment solutions using multiple avenues including direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, Internet sourcing, minority and trade job fairs, targeted advertising, college and community outreach.
- Manage internal and external job posting procedures, capturing applicant flow accurately and consistently leveraging the applicant tracking system (WorkDay).
- Ensure all recruitment procedures are consistent for all positions to ensure compliance with EEOC recruitment and selection records retention requirements.
- Utilize influencing, interpersonal, selling and closing skills to encourage candidates to accept a Mondelēz International offer as an Employer of Choice.
Requirements
- A minimum of four years of full life cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial recruiting.
- Fluent in using web-based recruiting tools (WorkDay is a plus), including social media, job boards and applicant tracking tools.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint or similar office software.
- Ability to source passive candidates to include cold calling and building relationships by phone.
- Proven track record in working in a centralized, high volume, on-line recruiting function.
- Demonstrated experience in building strong partnerships with hiring managers and human resource partners to understand the needs and execute the work.
- Strong process management skills, detail orientation and time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in prioritizing workload demands.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma is required.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Skills

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
Schedule
This role is onsite 3 days a week.
