About the Role
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions. Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding. Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices. Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience. Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline. Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer branding, process improvement).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions.

Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles.
- Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry. Experience in a unionized environment is a strong asset.
- Managed multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Team-oriented, results-driven, and demonstrated strong influencing skills.
- Influential and built trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Client-focused and innovative mindset.
- Strong sourcing techniques and digital tool proficiency (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Knowledgeable of market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles. You have experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry. Experience in a unionized environment is a strong asset. You have managed multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. You are team-oriented, results-driven, and have demonstrated strong influencing skills. You are able to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders. You have a strong client focus and innovative mindset. You have an excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). You are knowledgeable of market trends and recruitment best practices.
