About the role

The Talent Acquisition Advisor manages the full recruitment cycle for various positions, collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, source and screen candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role plays a key part in building a strong employer brand and contributing to the overall success of the talent acquisition function.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, from job posting to Ready for Hire.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create job postings.
  • Assist in the interview process, maintaining a uniform and streamlined candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing methods (CRM, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals) to attract candidates.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and potential.
  • Ensure the candidate journey exceeds stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on market trends and recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status.
  • Partner with the employer branding team to promote the company as an employer of choice through LinkedIn and other social platforms.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Run reports on recruitment activities and metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or related fields.
  • Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding initiatives.

Skills

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
