About the role
The Talent Acquisition Advisor serves as a strategic talent partner to business leaders, driving the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate and professional positions across the organization. This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent through proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and consultative partnership with hiring managers and HR stakeholders. Success requires building strong relationships, influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights, and delivering exceptional service to both candidates and business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, from job posting to Ready for Hire.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create job postings.
- Assist in the interview process, maintaining a uniform and streamlined candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Utilize multiple sourcing methods (CRM, job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals) to attract potential candidates.
- Screen candidates for technical, cultural fit, and potential.
- Ensure the candidate journey exceeds stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to align on recruitment process and strategies, providing regular updates on progress and candidate status.
- Partner with the employer branding team to promote the company as an employer of choice through LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Run reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or related fields.
- Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
Skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
