Position Overview: The Talent Operations Specialist role will specifically focus on optimizing and refining our recruiting processes and systems, through close partnership with the global TA team, HRIS, HR, and People Analytics. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship. Responsibilities: Own day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of our ATS (Workday, Beamery, Brighthire) to keep workflows clear, consistent, and easy to useDesign and refine processes that improve recruiter and hiring team efficiency while supporting a strong candidate experienceServe as a point of contact for end user inquiries (Sourcer, Recruiters, Program Specialists & Managers) and escalate to HRIS or other partners appropriatelyCreate and lead Global Talent Acquisition training sessions, related to system and process changes - this includes building training material and guides, facilitating live training sessions, hosting office hours and workshopsParticipate in workstreams for HR-led projects that impact recruiting processes aligning closely with stakeholders and project timelines to keep project on track, well-documented, and aligned with company goalsPartner with cross-functional teams across People Operations and Talent Acquisition to translate needs into practical solutionsExplore thoughtful ways to use generative AI to streamline workflows and improve outcomes Required Qualifications: 2-4+ years as an administrator of TA Technology (Workday, Beamery, Brighthire etc.)Implementation experience a plus4+ years of experience managing projects, programs, and operational initiatives, ideally within HR, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition2+ years of experience leading programs with clear success metrics and measurable resultsProven ability to take projects from inception to completion, executing efficiently across competing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, internally and externallyStrong desire to innovate by improving processes and adopting tools that drive efficiency and impactComfort using data and feedback to refine processes and deliver practical solutionsAbility to communicate clearly across audiences and stay focused under pressure while managing multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred; degrees in HR, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferredA strategic thinker - with a focus on driving business success, you think long-term and map out a clear vision and the plan to get thereA collaborator - not only are you a strong communicator, you are highly adaptable and thrive on working with a team of cross-functional partners across all business unitsAn educator - you build a relationship with the global TA team to develop workflows and ensure the proper processes are being actioned within our recruiting systemsA detail enthusiast - you are able to manage high volume and fast paced processes with attention to detail and prioritizationA Superuser - you will dive into learning and optimizing Client's core recruiting systems If hired, you will enjoy the following ECLARO Benefits: 401k Retirement Savings Plan administered by Merrill LynchCommuter Check Pretax Commuter BenefitsEligibility to purchase Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance through ECLARO If interested, you may contact: Mark Samson Msamson@eclaro.com Equal Opportunity Employer: ECLARO values diversity and does not discriminate based on Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status, in compliance with all applicable laws.
