About the Role
The Agile Technical Training Unit delivers critical training to Eversource’s lineworkers and field employees, reducing travel time to the central training facility in Berlin and fostering continuous skill development. This initiative supports both experienced and newer employees in maintaining and expanding their technical expertise while reinforcing safety and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site refresher courses and technical training for lineworkers and field employees.
- Deliver instruction on new equipment and safe deployment practices at area work centers.
- Support newer workforce members with frequent, accessible training opportunities.
