Takelma Bakery Baker (Temp)

Responsibilities

• Produce a fresh and top-quality product in a prompt and consistent manner, under guidelines and directives set by the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace as directed by industry standards.
• Be aware of menu content and maintain excellent presentation of finished product.
• Ensure the bakery area is fully stocked to appropriate levels for projected business.
• Complete assigned tasks as directed by the supervisor and ensure that all of the daily tasks are carried out.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED Certificate (preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years experience working in a busy bakery environment, preparing baked goods, working with presentations and developing well-rounded culinary skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Intermediate level administrative/clerical skills.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Intermediate computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Exceptional guest service approach in dealing with vendors, guests and staff.
• Ability to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
• Current Food Handlers Certificate required.
