Take Off - 1st Shift

About the role

Production Associate, Take Off – Newark, Ohio. Department: Production. First Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

Pay

$15.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of job responsibilities in all production areas as needed.
• Properly removes all finished parts from the row.
• Consistently picks out and removes defects from a moving line.
• Follows all standard work procedures.
• Maintains a clean work area.
• Differentiates between scrap defects and re‑run defects.
• Packs finished parts efficiently.
• Any other duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Ability to use both hands to pick up and manipulate small parts simultaneously.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice or on weekends.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, standing or walking most of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lb.
• Can successfully work in a team environment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and take direction from others.
• Ability to differentiate between different sizes, shapes, styles, and colors.
• Ability to read and set scales.
