About the role
Execute craftsmanship strategy in partnership with the Master Tailor or Manager of Tailor Shop. Responsible for basic alteration services such as hemming, patch and repair, tapering, and others.
Partner with the Master and Manager of Tailor Shop on additional projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic alteration services (e.g., hemming, patch and repair, tapering)
- Collaborate with the Master Tailor and Manager on additional projects
- Exemplify and deliver strong customer service to elevate client experience
- Demonstrate and articulate all services offered by the Tailor Shop
- Educate and train store teams on customer offerings and services as a Brand Ambassador
