The Tag & Title Associate prepares legal transfer documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles, verifies and makes payoffs on vehicle trade-ins. What are the day-to-day responsibilities? Preparing tag and title documentsSubmitting all legal transfer documents to the DMVIssuing stock numbers and stock in used vehicles purchasedPreparing checks to purchase used vehiclesInputting inventory control information for used carsPreparing and maintaining trade-in vehicle jacketsEnsuring that name and address files are updated on an ongoing basisProcessing all wholesale deals and monitoring wholesale receivableVerifying pay off trade-insCompleting end of month accounting reportsAssisting in completion of annual review/auditKeeping current with applicable laws What are the requirements for this job?
