Responsible for overseeing home care services in the Tacoma/Lakewood area. Ensures quality of care and compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of home care services
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage staff performance and training
- Coordinate with clients and caregivers to ensure satisfaction
- Handle emergencies and crisis situations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in home health care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Experience with scheduling and managing resources
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
