Qualifications

• Be reliable – show up for your scheduled shift on time and work your entire scheduled shift
• Anticipate any needs of customers and address issues in a timely, positive manner
• Take beverage and food orders and deliver items in a timely manner
• Perform opening and closing side work as directed by managers
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
• Be a constant presence and maintain positive customer engagement
• Ongoing working knowledge of the POS system
• Responsible for knowing all food and drink menus to adequately discuss with customers
• Continuing craft beer, wine, and spirits education
• Collaborate with co-workers and demonstrate flexibility to meet changing needs
