Table Games Supervisor
About the Role
Responsible for supervising staff and the overall daily management of a designated section or area in the Table Games department. Enthusiastically provides a memorable and exciting experience for our guests and assists the team in delivering the same. Provides feedback to the Casino Manager on game limits, game spread, staffing, and opportunities to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience. Engages with the team on all suggestions and ideas.
Responsible for the accountability of chips, cards, dice, and all other gaming equipment. Maintains continuous inspection and logging of cards and dice, ensuring the security of assigned table games during the shift. Shares responsibility for the overall integrity of daily operations and ensures regulatory compliance within the area of authority, reporting potential issues to leadership.
Responsibilities

- Provide a memorable and exciting guest experience while supporting the team in delivering the same.
- Provide feedback to leadership on game limits, game spread, staffing, and revenue-enhancing opportunities.
- Engage with team members on suggestions and ideas to improve operations.
- Maintain accountability for gaming equipment, including chips, cards, and dice.
- Conduct continuous inspections and logging of cards and dice to ensure security.
- Uphold the integrity of daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Report potential compliance issues to leadership.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Table Games Operations is preferred but not required.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Table Games operating systems.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and guests.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- High energy and a proactive, strategic approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to perform arithmetic operations, including computing odds.
- Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.
