Table Games Dealer - Table Games Operations

About the role

The position requires a Dealer with experience in multiple table games including Blackjack, Baccarat, and Carnival games. A minimum of two years of Casino Dealer experience is required, with experience in Craps and Roulette preferred. Applicants must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Offer the highest level of customer service
• Deal games according to established policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Seminole Gaming's regulations and procedures
• Support the company's culture and team philosophy
• Create a fun and entertaining environment for customers
• Maintain confidentiality of company trade secrets and proprietary information
• Notify management of concerns regarding responsible gaming and alcohol service

Qualifications

• Experience in Table Games as a Dealer, including Blackjack, Baccarat, and Carnival games
• Minimum of two years Casino Dealer experience
• Experience in Craps and/or Roulette preferred
• High proficiency in dealing Blackjack
• Excellent customer service and talent relations skills
• High School Graduate or equivalent diploma
