About the role
This role is responsible for leading Talent Acquisition across the LATAM region, delivering high-quality recruiting strategies that directly enable business growth. The Manager will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning talent strategies with workforce plans and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across LATAM, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to assess current and future hiring needs and align recruiting plans to long-term workforce strategies.
- Manage and optimize recruiting processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
- Analyze workforce data and market trends to develop actionable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Oversee and coach recruiters and/or team members, fostering capability building and consistent performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, business leaders, and external partners) to deliver hiring goals and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and diversity and inclusion standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Talent Acquisition practices, leveraging analytics and best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Skills
- 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, including full-cycle recruiting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and trends
- Ability to advise leaders and stakeholders on hiring strategies and talent decisions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience in the healthcare, medtech, or regulated industry
- Experience in the LATAM regional recruiting or multi-country hiring environments
- Knowledge of talent market trends across Latin America
- Experience implementing process improvements or recruiting innovations
Pay
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $102,000 - $204,000.
Schedule
Up to 20–30% travel within LATAM region.
