Pay

• Earning potential of $30.54/hour
• $700 Ramp-Up Bonus + Guaranteed minimum 10% Commission to start, with an uncapped commission structure

Responsibilities

• Create sales opportunities by proactively engaging customers and identifying their wireless needs
• Confidently sell devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions that deliver real value
• Consistently exceed monthly performance goals in a competitive, goal-driven environment
• Sharpen your sales skills daily through coaching, accountability, and repetition

Requirements

• Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws
• 18 years or older
