This role is ideal for someone with retail sales, wireless sales, mobile sales, cable, internet, or customer service experience who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.

Who We Are

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications – a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber‑powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to these essential services.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Product Knowledge: Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively; sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services; identify customer needs and recommend appropriate packages; upsell and cross‑sell to maximize sales; meet or exceed individual sales, commission, and store performance goals; explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly.
• Customer Experience: Provide a positive, professional, and solution‑focused experience; build customer relationships and foster long‑term brand loyalty; maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.
• Team & Organizational Success: Be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts; collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance‑driven culture; support nearby store locations within a 35‑mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation; work in person at the assigned retail store location.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, telecommunications, or sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lb.

Pay

$13 per hour plus monthly commission. Total compensation ranges from $45,000 to $70,000 annually, based on hourly pay and commission performance.

Schedule

Full‑time, approximately 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
