Responsibilities
- Conduct administrative duties at the store.
- Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.
- Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
- Absorb and execute initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience under the guidance of the Store Leader.
- Partner with the Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
Requirements
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
