Responsibilities

• Execute and evaluate system‑level manual testing across robotic platforms.
• Develop tools and automation frameworks to reduce manual test execution.
• Convert existing manual test cases into automated test suites.
• Identify gaps in test coverage and recommend scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, controls, and networking teams.
• Support validation efforts across multiple integrated systems.
• Analyze test results and drive issue resolution with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of testing, quality engineering, or SDET experience.
• Strong background in system‑level testing and validation.
• Experience converting manual testing processes into automation.
• Proficient Python programming skills.
• Understanding of software, hardware, controls, and networking interactions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Robotics industry experience.
• Experience with automated test infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI/ML‑enabled testing tools.
• Experience thriving in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.

Pay

Salary range: $90,000 – $130,000, dependent on location, knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
