Pay
Pay Range: $26.42 - $35.22
Responsibilities
- 35% - Documents, maintains, upgrades, and replaces hardware and software systems (includes project initiatives and production support).
- 25% - Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs more complex computer systems, hardware and peripherals.
- 20% - Analyzes and trends utilization metrics of various systems.
- 10% - Provide Business Recovery support relating to IT initiatives.
- 10% - Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT related field
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available
Skills and Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Strong PC skills in a Windows environment
- Familiarity with a variety of I.T. concepts, practices and procedures
