Systems Technician

About the role

As an Integris Systems Technician (ST), you will provide frontline technical support for single end-user level issues, including personal computer, printer, and Windows application matters. You will serve as the initial point of contact for client technical assistance, managing inquiries received through email or the client portal. Responsibilities may be performed from the service desk or in the field.

Responsibilities

• Manage service intake via email and the client portal.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for non-complex issues within single-user system environments.
• Document troubleshooting activities accurately within the ticketing system.
• Support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed.
• Adhere to established client support documentation.

Requirements

• Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals certification, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of service-related experience.
• Basic infrastructure and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Schedule

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Must be able to work onsite a minimum of two days a week and in the call queue the remaining days.
