Your Future Role We are seeking an experienced Systems and Solutions Project Engineer to lead the technical execution of integrated drive, motor, and power system projects. This role is responsible for ensuring system designs, equipment integration, and engineering deliverables meet project schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements. This position is based at the Innomotics facility in New Kensington, PA, USA. Local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for system and solution projects involving drives, motors, switchgear, transformers, control systems, and related equipment.
• Define system integration requirements and ensure designs meet performance, quality, safety, and contractual specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support successful project execution.
• Monitor engineering activities, identify technical risks, and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on schedule.
• Support procurement, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Develop, review, and manage project technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, submittals, and test reports.
