Systems Operator

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of sophisticated production machinery systems
• Perform quality control testing using industry-standard methods
• Troubleshoot and maintain high-tech equipment
• Operate modern material handling equipment
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience
• Forklift/powered industrial truck experience
• Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Team player mentality

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55 lbs. PPE provided.

Pay

$18.00 to $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Tuesday-Friday / 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM / Mondays work as needed (1st shift)
