Principal Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical fabrication of metal panels using drill presses, saws, and various power tools.
- Wire control panels utilizing a broad range of wire gauges, ensuring a clean, professional, and high-quality finish.
- Set up and operate test equipment to validate functionality and troubleshoot panels as necessary.
- Accurately interpret and work from mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Package, organize, and deliver assembled goods to the warehouse within designated timelines.
- Maintain and update key performance metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and inventory.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with multiple Project Engineers.
- Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Assist in process improvements and support operational efficiency initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the military or an electro-mechanical industry.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience using and handling handheld power tools safely and effectively.
- A strong ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and symbols.
- The capability to lift and handle materials up to 30 lbs.
