Systems Integration & Test Engineering Lead

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross functional team responsible for planning, executing, and reporting for both informal and formal qualification tests
  • Lead test teams through planning, execution, and reporting for informal and formal test events
  • Coordinate among large teams across multiple disciplines (HW/SW/Systems) and with program leadership
  • Develop informal and formal test procedures based on customer requirements
  • Perform requirements traceability and breakdown from a test perspective
  • Assign test methods and design test cases and procedures based on lower level and customer requirements
  • Develop test strategies and procedures based on customer requirements and military standards such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-704
  • Support milestones such as SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR of the developmental cycle
  • Perform Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) level integration and formal testing, including integration of 3U circuit cards with chassis backplane interfaces
  • Design test equipment to support module thermal and vibration testing, including test cable design from unit under test (UUT) to test computer/system
  • Support proposals from an integration and test (I&T) perspective to include Basis of Estimate (BOE) cost estimation experience

Pay

Target salary range: USD $149,831.00/Yr. - USD $158,024.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.

Workplace Options

This position is Hybrid/Flex. While on-site, you will be a part of the Bloomington Engineering site at Bloomington Lincoln Center (BLC).
