About the Role

In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to deliver unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities and enhance mission survivability. As the Systems Engineering - Integration and Test (SEIT) Lead, you will work as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug, and test next-generation Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. Your contributions will span system development, requirements development, integration & test, and test planning/execution in field deployment environments.

This role requires full-time, on-site work due to the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the nature of the work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a medium-sized team of Systems Engineers on EW-related programs.
  • Manage all system engineering content and work products, implementing the product development process.
  • Oversee cost and schedule responsibilities for the systems team.
  • Execute systems planning and requirements development.
  • Create and review systems requirements, including software, component, subsystem, and operational concepts.
  • Allocate requirements to other engineering disciplines.
  • Develop system test plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Provide oversight to product design, development, integration, and verification.
  • Develop and maintain external relationships with customers, contractors, and government officials.
  • Manage and participate in trade studies, peer reviews, and customer meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations internally and to customers.
  • Monitor and report metrics such as System Technical Performance Measures.
  • Support proposal development activities, including proposal text, cost and schedule estimating, and presentation activities.

Requirements

  • BS degree in a STEM field with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Active Secret security clearance (with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance in the future).
  • Leadership skills and experience directing and mentoring engineers on complex programs.
  • Expertise in documenting, communicating, leading, and collaborating on designs, results, reports, and presentations.
  • Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (requirements analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test).
  • EVMS certification and CAM experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a project/program team member responsible for dynamic workflows.
  • Experience with EW, Radar, and/or RFCM Systems.
  • Familiarity with technical performance measurements and cost account management.
  • Model-based systems engineering experience with tools such as MagicDraw.
  • Familiarity or experience with Agile Systems Engineering.
  • Active Top Secret (TS) or TS/SCI security clearance.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $149,603 – $254,317. Individual salaries are determined by factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
