Standard Job Description As a Systems Integration and Test Engineer Associate Manager, you will lead and guide the assembly, integration, and testing of hardware systems supporting the Long Range Hypersonics Weapon program. You will provide technical direction across development, production, and post-production phases, helping deliver mission-critical capabilities to defense customers. Manage the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversee the synthesis of customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Direct the following activities: apply functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware/software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem. Manage the development and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Basic Qualifications Candidates must meet all requirements listed Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearanceBachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent professional experience.Experience with hardware assembly, integration, and testing operationsStrong attention to detail, including experience creating technical documents, test plans, and review presentationsClear and effective communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders and customersComfortable presenting technical information in program reviewsAbility to work onsite across facilities in Huntsville, Alabama Desired Skills Certifications & Experience Certified Test Conductor or Certified Principal EngineerExperience with missile defense systems hardware integration and checkoutFamiliarity with Hypersonics or Strategic Missile Defense programsExperience developing detailed hardware testsExperience creating and executing test procedures in Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations (ATLO) environments Technical Skills & Tools Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and specificationsExperience supporting Failure Review Boards and Engineering Change Control BoardsFamiliarity with tools such as SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, JIRA, Automation Framework, or similar systems Leadership & Collaboration Experience leading multidisciplinary teams or projectsDemonstrated Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
