Systems (Integration) Engineer

Responsibilities

• Aid in facilitating integration between internal and external systems
• Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)
• Cook with technical Program Owners and Contacts (POCs) to facilitate cross-team communication
• Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics
• Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status
• Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM
• 7+ years of experience
• Active Secret Clearance
• S. Citizenship
• MDA (or DoW) Experience
• Supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Experience with systems integration

Desired Skills/Experience

• Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)
• Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders
• Experience developing digital tools or dashboards
