Job Description

Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer - Systems Integration to join the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) team. As a CPS Systems Engineer - Systems Integration your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Planning, Execution, Integration and Test efforts for various Navy Platforms
  • Support requirements definition for Weapon Systems tests, development of Integrated Test Program Plans, and various levels of involvement in test execution
  • Support systems hardware/software integration, test planning, and execution
  • Support the development of products needed to conduct vehicle hardware/software testing
  • Support the generation of system test requirements

Have excellent organization and troubleshooting skills and be proficient in understanding hardware/software design, requirements, product development, test execution, and verification activities

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience and education
  • Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members
  • Missile or space segment test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering
  • Experience using Automation Framework
  • Experience collaborating in small teams and communicating with stakeholders
  • Previous Navy ship board integration and test experience
